DOES BOUTIQUE BLEU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We sure do!  It's hard to know for certain if something is going to work for you until it arrives and you see it for yourself. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied every time you purchase from Boutique Bleu. You have 15 days to return an item(s) for a full refund if you aren't 100% satisfied. The item(s) returned must be un-worn and have all the original tags still attached for a refund or exchange to be approved. Please note that original shipping charges will be deducted from the total of your refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 15 days once refund is approved.

• Send us an email with your return or exchange request. Please include your order invoice number so we can process your return in a timely manor.
• Your item(s) must be repackaged in sufficient packaging as to ensure no damaging to the items being returned. It is ok to use original packaging if it is in good condition. It is important that the items be shipped back within 15 days for a full refund.
•Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 

EXCHANGE BREAKDOWN?
• Contact us via email.
• Repackage the item(s) - make sure they are safe with original packing fill. Follow the instructions issued to you via email response.  (Remember, items must be shipped back within 15 days)
• Once we receive the item back, we will send you information on how to use your exchange credit.
• Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive the returned package, process your store credit, and contact you with the information.

SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
